Let Your Light Shine-At Any age

Welcome to a nurturing space where children, teens, and adults are gently supported in exploring their emotions and reconnecting with their inner light. Through creativity, presence, and compassion, we invite every part of you to feel seen, heard, and safe. Healing begins here—one light at a time.

Grounded in Lightness

Healing begins with connection.

For children, that means safety in relationship-expressed through play, creativity, and attunment.

For teens and adults, it means learning to trust, feel, and return to the Self.

My approach is slow, grounded, and expressive.  Rooted in attachment and nervous system safety, I offer space to release survival patterns and reconnect with the light inside.

Children-The First Light

In childhood, therapy is often about expression without words. I use play, art, puppets, sand tray, and movement to help little ones explore big feelings in ways that feel safe.

Supports: anxiety, trauma, ADHD, selective mutism, emotional outbursts, family transitions.

Teens-Finding Their Glow

Adolescents bring identity shifts, emotional storms, and a longing to be understood.  Therapy provides a steady, creative space to regulate, reflect, and express.

Supports: social anxiety, grief, shutdown, PMDD, perfectionism,  ADHD, neurodivergence, and learning differences.

Adults-Reconnecting with Inner Light

For adults, therapy is often a return—a return to Self, to safety, to breath. It's a place to slow down, feel what’s been held back, and reconnect with what matters most. Whether you’re navigating trauma, PMDD, anxiety, burnout, or emotional numbness, my approach is compassionate, creative, and grounded in nervous system safety. You don’t have to have the words—healing can begin through movement, drawing, guided visualization, or quiet presence. I blend somatic regulation tools, expressive arts, parts work, and trauma-informed CBT to help you gently explore your inner world and move from survival patterns to self-trust. Common reasons adults seek therapy with me include: - Trauma - Chronic stress, shutdown, or burnout - PMDD and hormonal-related emotional shifts - Anxiety and panic - Narcissistic abuse recovery - Emotional overwhelm or disconnection - Feeling stuck, lost, or numb - Neurodivergence, including ADHD and Autism Spectrum - Life stressors, overwhelm, or transitions - Prenatal and postpartum depression or anxiety - Anger outbursts and difficulty regulating emotions - Grief, loss, and unresolved mourning - Suicidal thoughts and existential questions around purpose - First responders coping with vicarious trauma and exhaustion Together, we create a space where your nervous system can soften—and your inner light can return.
