Children-The First Light
In childhood, therapy is often about expression without words. I use play, art, puppets, sand tray, and movement to help little ones explore big feelings in ways that feel safe.

You don’t have to have the words—healing can begin through movement, drawing, guided visualization, or quiet presence. I blend somatic regulation tools, expressive arts, parts work, and trauma-informed CBT to help you gently explore your inner world and move from survival patterns to self-trust.
